It's always going to be a hard balance. We are still seeing lots of downturn on leads from volume sources like organic search, because data points out that traffic is declining. IN either case, whether this is a natural reordering of expectations because of AIO and traffic will always remain lower now, or it's a temporary dip as people deal with learning new systems, one thing is for sure: you mentioned conversions are dropping. I'd dive deep on why that's happening and fix the problems. If conversions was being propped up by large lead volume numbers, and now they're down as lead volume drops, I'd be asking myself what can be done to increase the actual conversion rate.
